Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups - pomegranate juice
- 2 oz. - Absolute Citron or white tequilla
- 1 oz. - Cointreau liquor
- 1 cup - ice
- Optional
- Splash of sparkling water
- Squeeze of lemon
Directions
Shake ingredients in a shaker and put in chilled martini glasses. Put pomegranate fruit into glass as garnish.

Ingredients
- 3 T. - Butter
- 1 lb. - Pork sausage
- 1 Dz - Eggs
- 1/2 Pt - Cream (or Half and Half)
- Shredded cheese
- Optional
Oven Settings
Directions
Melt butter and put in the bottom of a 9×13 cake pan. (NOTE: We have used Pam Cooking Spay successfully as well)
Fully cook sausage and put on bottom of pan. Crack eggs over the sausage and poke yokes with a knife. Pour cream over top and refrigerate over-night.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Top with cheese for the last 5 minutes.
Variations
Use another breakfast meat like bacon.

Ingredients
- 6 - Boneless chicken breast halves without skin (about 3 lbs.)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Garlic powder to taste
- 2 cans - Condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 can - Condensed cheddar cheese soup
Directions
Rinse chicken and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix undiluted soup and pour over chicken in a crock pot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve over rice or noodles.
Variations
Use only 1 can of cream of chicken and add 1 can of fiesta nacho cheese soup. Experiment from there and document successes in the comments.

Ingredients
- 20 oz. - Chunk or Tidbit Pineapple
- 16 oz. - Mandarin Oranges
- Handful of Sm. Marshmallows
- 8 oz. - Cool Whip
- 3 oz. - Instant Vanilla Pudding
Directions
- Drain and save the juice of the pineapple and oranges.
- Mix the pudding with 3/4 cup of the fruit juice
- Add Cool Whip to the mixture and mix until smooth
- Add the fruit and marshmallows and mix well.
- Chill until ready to be served.
