1 oz. - Cointreau liquor
1 cup - ice
Optional

Splash of sparkling water
Squeeze of lemon



Directions
Shake ingredients in a shaker and put in chilled martini glasses. Put pomegranate fruit into glass as garnish.

<p>Fully cook sausage and put on bottom of pan. Crack eggs over the sausage and poke yokes with a knife. Pour cream over top and refrigerate over-night.</p>
<p>Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Top with cheese for the last 5 minutes.</p>
<p><strong>Variations</strong></p>
<p>Use another breakfast meat like bacon.</p>
