Egg Bake

Ingredients

  • 3 T. - Butter
  • 1 lb. - Pork sausage
  • 1 Dz - Eggs
  • 1/2 Pt - Cream (or Half and Half)
  • Shredded cheese
  • Optional
    • Onions
    • Green peppers

Oven Settings

  • 350° F
  • 1 Hour

Directions

Melt butter and put in the bottom of a 9×13 cake pan. (NOTE: We have used Pam Cooking Spay successfully as well)

Fully cook sausage and put on bottom of pan. Crack eggs over the sausage and poke yokes with a knife. Pour cream over top and refrigerate over-night.

Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Top with cheese for the last 5 minutes.

Variations

Use another breakfast meat like bacon.

Easy Cheesy Slow Cooker Chicken

Ingredients

  • 6 - Boneless chicken breast halves without skin (about 3 lbs.)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • 2 cans - Condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can - Condensed cheddar cheese soup

Directions

Rinse chicken and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix undiluted soup and pour over chicken in a crock pot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve over rice or noodles.

Variations

Use only 1 can of cream of chicken and add 1 can of fiesta nacho cheese soup. Experiment from there and document successes in the comments.
